■Ingredients (2 to 3 serves)
・1 (340 g) skinless chicken breast
・2 (220 g) eggplants
・1 tbsp potato starch
・1 tbsp sesame oil
・salt and pepper to taste
・soma chopped green onions
★Seasonings
・1 tbsp cooking sake
・1 tbsp soy sauce
・2 tbsp oyster sauce
・1 tsp grated garlic

13 minutes
■Instruction
1.Cut off the stem of the eggplant and cut into bite-sized pieces.
2.Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and coat with potato starch.
3.Heat the sesame oil in a pan, stir-fry (2) until browned.
Add (1) and stir-fry until wilted.
4.Add ★ to (3) and stir-fry quickly and season with salt and pepper.
Serve on a plate, sprinkle with the chopped green onions.
