mentaiko
nori (optional)

mentsuyu

Separate mentaiko from skin

Put water in pan (boil water before to speed up process)

Put pasta in a pan (split if too big)

Put consome (half a cube)

Boil pasta until water evaporates (can put lid on pan)

Add mentsuyu and milk
-
Stir until consistency is thick
-
Stop heat and add the mentaiko (stir very fast and mix)
-
Add Nori on top
