【English】 ■Ingredients (Makes 4 servings) - 100g silken tofu - 1 sweet potato (about 220g) (A) 2 tbsp potato starch (A) 2 tbsp monk fruit sweetener (A) A pinch of salt ■Instructions 1. Wrap the silken tofu in paper towels, place it on a microwave-safe plate, and microwave at 600W for about 2 minutes. Let it cool slightly. 2. Cut the sweet potato into 1cm cubes, place them in a heat-proof bowl, sprinkle with 1 tbsp of water (not listed in the ingredients), cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3–4 minutes. Drain any excess water. 3. Put the tofu from step 1 into a bowl and mash it with a whisk until smooth. 4. Add ingredients (A) to the mashed tofu and mix until smooth. Then, add the sweet potato from step 2 and mix until evenly combined. 5. Divide the mixture from step 4 into four portions and place them on a microwave-safe plate lined with parchment paper.
