- Chicken breast380 g
- (A)Sake1 tbsp
- (A)Salt1/4 tsp
- (A)Grated garlic1 tsp
- Starch2 tbsp
- Salted butter10 g
- (B)Japanese Mayonnaise2 tbsp
- (B)Sweet chili sauce2 tbsp
- Black pepperas needed
- Mesclun greensas needed
How to make
- 1. Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. Add Step 1 and ingredient (A) to a bowl, rub well, wrap, and leave on refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
- 3. Add starch to Step 2 and mix quickly.
- 4. Heat a pan, melt salted butter, and cook Step 3 over medium heat.
- 5. Add ingredient (B) to Step 4, mix, cover with a lid, and cook over medium heat until heated through.
- 6. Place Step 5 and mesclun greens on a plate, sprinkle black pepper, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
You can substitute chicken thigh for chicken breast. Please adjust the amount of butter to your liking. You can substitute unsalted butter for salted butter.
