- Chinese noodles1 head(s)
- Hot wateras needed
- Cabbage50 g
- Bean sprouts50 g
- Salt and pepper mix1 three finger pinch
- Soup
- Water500 ml
- Miso1 tbsp
- Chicken soup stock (powder, cube, liquid)1 tbsp
- Cooking sake1/2 tbsp
- Chili bean sauce (Tobandjan)1/2 tsp
- Sesame oil1/2 tbsp
- Toppings
- Char siu pork20 g
- Corn boiled in water20 g
How to make
- 1. Roughly chop the cabbage.
- 2. Boil water in a pot, add the Chinese noodles, boil according to the instructions on the package, and drain.
- 3. Add sesame oil to a pan heated over medium heat, add Step 1 and bean sprouts, then stir-fry until the cabbage is cooked through. Add salt and pepper mix and stir-fry until the flavors have mixed in well, then remove from the heat.
- 4. Mix the soup ingredients in a separate pot, bring to a boil over medium heat, and remove from the heat.
- 5. Serve the noodles from Step 2 on in a bowl, pour the soup from Step 4 on top, top with ingredients from Step 3 and it's done!
Tips for cooking
If you don't like spicy food, please adjust the amount of chili bean sauce (tobandjan). Please follow the description on the package when boiling the noodles.
