  • Chinese noodles

  • Hot water
    as needed
  • Cabbage
    50 g
  • Bean sprouts
    50 g
  • Salt and pepper mix
    1 three finger pinch
  • Soup
  • Water
    500 ml
  • Miso
    1 tbsp
  • Chicken soup stock (powder, cube, liquid)
    1 tbsp
  • Cooking sake
    1/2 tbsp
  • Chili bean sauce (Tobandjan)
    1/2 tsp
  • Sesame oil
    1/2 tbsp
  • Toppings
  • Char siu pork
    20 g
  • Corn boiled in water
    20 g

How to make

  1. 1. Roughly chop the cabbage.
  2. 2. Boil water in a pot, add the Chinese noodles, boil according to the instructions on the package, and drain.
  3. 3. Add sesame oil to a pan heated over medium heat, add Step 1 and bean sprouts, then stir-fry until the cabbage is cooked through. Add salt and pepper mix and stir-fry until the flavors have mixed in well, then remove from the heat.
  4. 4. Mix the soup ingredients in a separate pot, bring to a boil over medium heat, and remove from the heat.
  5. 5. Serve the noodles from Step 2 on in a bowl, pour the soup from Step 4 on top, top with ingredients from Step 3 and it's done!

Tips for cooking

If you don't like spicy food, please adjust the amount of chili bean sauce (tobandjan). Please follow the description on the package when boiling the noodles.
