How to make
- 1. Crack the egg into a bowl, add ingredient (A) and vanilla essence, and mix well.
- 2. Pour Step 1 into the cocotte and place in a deep tray.
- 3. Fill heat-resistant tray of Step 2 with 0.8-inch of hot water and heat in a toaster oven for 15 minutes.
- 4. Once cooked and slightly browned on the surface, let it cool and refrigerate for about 1 hour. Just before serving, pour maple syrup over the top and it is ready.
