- Chinese cabbage (Hakusai)150 g
- Pork loin100 g
- Eryngii mushroom1
- Hot wateras needed
- (A)Japanese BBQ sauce (Yakiniku sauce)4 tbsp
- (A)Sesame oil1 tbsp
- (A)Lemon juice1 tbsp
- Roasted white sesame seeds1/2 tsp
How to make
- 1. Cut the Chinese cabbage (hakusai) into 0.8-inch pieces.
- 2. Cut the eryngii mushrooms in half and cut into 0.2-inch pieces.
- 3. When you add hot water to a pot and bring to a boil, add step 2 and boil over medium heat for about 1 minute, then remove from the pot, drain off, and let it cool.
- 4. In the same pot over medium heat, add the pork loin and when the color changes, remove from the pot, drain off, and let it cool.
- 5. When you add ingredient (A) to a bowl and mix together, add Step 1, 3, 4, and white roasted sesame seeds, mix together, and serve in a bowl. And now the dish is ready.
Tips for cooking
Adjust the amount of Japanese BBQ sauce (Yakiniku sauce) to your liking. Mushrooms such as shimeji mushrooms can be made deliciously instead of eryngii mushroom.
