How to make
- Prepare. Let the cream cheese come to room temperature. Coarsely crush the almonds
- 1. Put the cream cheese and sugar in a bowl and mix with a whisk.
- 2. Once smooth, add the eggs and mix well.
- 3. Stir in the milk and lemon juice, then sift in the pancake mix and mix roughly.
- 4. Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat, spread out half of Step 3 and cook. When a hole appears on the surface, turn it over and cook until the inside is cooked through, then remove from heat. Cook another one in the same way.

Tips for cooking
