- Tartar sauce
- Onion1/2
- (A)Boiled egg1
- (A)Pickles30 g
- Japanese Mayonnaise50 g
- (B)Vinegar1 tbsp
- (B)Sugar1/2 tbsp
- (B)Salt and pepper mixas needed

- Cake flour (Pastry flour)as needed
- Olive oil1 tbsp
How to make
- 1. Finely chop the onion and ingredient (A).
- 2. Soak the onion in cold water and drain.
- 3. Put Step 1 and 2 in a bowl with mayonnaise, add ingredient (B) and mix to make tartar sauce.
- 4. Sprinkle salt and pepper mix on both sides of the salmon and sprinkle with cake flour (pastry flour).
- 5. Put Step 4 in a pan heated with olive oil, skin side down, and cook both sides over medium heat until cooked through.
- 6. Place Step 5 on a plate, pour Step 3 on top, and it's ready.
Tips for cooking
・When using salted salmon, sprinkle only pepper on the seasoning. ・When grilling salmon, the flesh tends to fall apart, so please turn it over using a spatula. ・Please use hard-boiled eggs.
