- Stir fry noodles (Yakisoba)1 head(s)
- Thinly sliced pork100 g
- Carrot30 g
- Shiitake mushroom3
- (A)Cooking sake1 tbsp
- (A)Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)1 tbsp
- (A)Soy sauce1 tbsp
- Sesame oil1 tbsp
How to make
- Prepare. Peel carrots and set aside.
- 1. Shred carrots.
- 2. Cut off the hard tip of shiitake mushrooms, separate stems and caps, and tear stems by hands and slice caps thinly.
- 3. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat, add Step 1, Step 2, and hashed pork, and fry until the meat changes color.
- 4. Add (A) and stir-fry until the seasonings are thickened to half amount, then add stir fry noodles (yakisoba) and stir-fry over medium heat so that the flavors blend well.
- 5. Plate it and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
We used sesame oil for flavoring, but you can substitute with your favorite oil such as vegetable oil. You can substitute your favorite meat such as pork belly instead of hashed pork.
