- Rice180 g
- Sake1 slice(s)
- Broccoli30 g
- Hot water1000 ml
- Salt1 tsp
- Roasted white sesame seeds1/2 tbsp
- Salted butter10 g
- Salta pinch
- Salad oil1 tbsp
- Sauce
- Soy sauce1 tsp
- Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)1 tsp
- Cooking sake1 tsp
- Sugar1/2 tsp
- Finishing
- Roasted white sesame seeds1/4 tsp
- White ground sesame1/4 tsp
How to make
- 1. Put the sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
- 2. Cut broccoli into florets.
- 3. Bring a pot of water to a boil, then add salt and Step 2. Boil for about 1 minute over medium heat, then drain in a strainer.
- 4. Add cooking oil to a pan heated over medium heat, add the salmon, and cook while breaking up the meat.
- 5. When the salmon is browned, remove the skin, add Step 3, and continue to cook over medium heat.
- 6. When the salmon is cooked through, add Step 1 and salted butter, mix well over medium heat, season with salt, and remove from heat.
- 7. Add rice, Step 6, and white roasted sesame seeds to a bowl and lightly mix together. Divide into 3 equal pieces, place on plastic wrap, and form them into a triangle shape.
- 8. Serve in a dish, sprinkle with white roasted sesame seeds, and it's ready.
Tips for cooking
