- Pork belly150 g
- Enoki mushroom150 g
- Sauce
- Chinese chive30 g
- Ponzu sauce2 tbsp
- Sesame oil2 tsp
- Grated ginger1 tsp
- Roasted white sesame seeds1 tsp
How to make
- Prepare. Cut off the hard tip of enoki mushroom.
- 1. Break enoki mushroom with hands.
- 2. Cut Chinese chive into 0.2-inch wide pieces.
- 3. Cut pork belly into 6-inch wide pieces.
- 4. Add Step 2 and the rest of the sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
- 5. Place 1/10 of Step 1 on each of Step 3 and roll. Make 9 pieces in the same way.
- 6. Arrange them in a heat-resistant container with the end of the roll facing down, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600 W for about 6 minutes until pork belly is cooked through.
- 7. Serve on a plate, pour Step 4, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
You can substitute pork belly with pork leg or another part of meat. Heating conditions may vary depending on the type of microwave, the type of heat-resistant container, and the condition of the ingredients. Please check the condition and adjust the heating time as necessary.
