- Pork belly200 g
- Hot wateras needed
- Green shiso leaves10 sheets
- (A)Soy sauce2 tbsp
- (A)Wasabi1 tsp
How to make
- 1. Remove the stems of the green shiso leaves and slice them into thin strips.
- 2. Boil water in a pot, cook pork belly for about 4 minutes, and drain off the water once it's cooked.
- 3. Mix (A) in a bowl, add Step 2 and Step 1, and toss.
- 4. Serve in a bowl, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
You can use pork with your favorite parts. If you’re not good at spicy food, please adjust the amount of wasabi to your taste. Please adjust the amount of soy sauce to your taste.
