- Japanese green bell pepper (Piman)1
- Onion50 g
- (A)Ketchup2 tbsp
- (A)Olive oil1 tbsp
- (A)Mustard1 tsp
- (A)Grated garlic1/2 tsp
- Shredded pizza cheeze30 g
- Black pepperas needed
How to make
- Prepare. Defrost the frozen puff pastry sheet according to the instructions on the package. Remove the tomato stem. Remove the core of the bell pepper. Preheat oven to 180°C (355°F).
- 1. Slice tomato and bell pepper into thin round slices.
- 2. Slice onion thinly.
- 3. Cut thin-sliced long bacon into 0.4-inch strips.
- 4. Mix ingredient (A) in a bowl.
- 5. Using a rolling pin, roll out the frozen puff pastry sheet into 0.1-inch thickness and cut into 2-inch width pieces. Using a fork, poke holes in several places and brush Step 4, then place Step 1, 2, 3, and shredded pizza cheese in the order.
- 6. Place it on a baking tray covered with parchment paper and bake in a 180°C (355°F) oven for about 15 minutes until shredded pizza cheese browns.
- 7. Transfer to a plate, sprinkle with black pepper, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please make sure to preheat the oven before baking. If the oven does not have a preheating function, set the temperature and heat for 10 minutes before baking. The strength of the heat may vary depending on the type of oven and the period of use. Please make sure to follow the recipe as a guide but adjust the baking time as needed. If it browns too fast, cover it with aluminum foil.
