- Stir fry noodles (Yakisoba)1 head(s)
- Japanese fish meat sausage1
- Japanese green bell pepper (Piman)1
- Carrot50 g
- Sake1 tbsp
- Thickened Japanese worcestershire sauce2 tbsp
- Salt and pepper mix1/3 tsp
- Salad oil2 tsp
How to make
- 1. Remove stem and seeds from Japanese green bell pepper (piman) and cut into 0.4-inch pieces. Peel carrots and cut them into strips.
- 2. Cut Japanese fish sausage diagonally into 0.2-inch wide pieces.
- 3. Add cooking oil to a pan heated over medium heat, add Step 1 and 2, and stir-fry.
- 4. When the carrots are tender, add stir-fry noodles (yakisoba) and sake, and stir-fry over medium heat.
- 5. When the yakisoba noodles have loosened, add thickened Japanese Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper mix, and stir-fry over medium heat. Remove from heat when the flavors have blended.
- 6. Serve on a plate, and it is ready.
Tips for cooking
Adjust the amount of salt to your liking. If you want to preserve the texture of the vegetables, stir-fry them quickly, take them out on a plate, and add them after the noodles have loosened.
