- Hashed beef150 g
- Onion1/2
- Potato1
- Carrot1/2
- Water500 ml
- Beef stew mix40 g
- Salad oil1 tbsp
- Parsleyas needed
How to make
- Prepare. Peel the potatoes and remove the eyes. Peel the carrots.
- 1. Cut the carrots into chunks. Cut the onions into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
- 3. Put cooking oil in pan heated over medium heat and stir-fry the ingredients from Step 1 and hashed beef.
- 4. When the onions become wilted, add water and simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes while removing the scum. When the carrots soften, add the potatoes from Step 2 and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes until the potatoes are cooked through.
- 5. Turn off the heat, add the beef stew roux, and melt.
- 6. Reduce the heat to low and simmer until the sauce thickens, then serve in a bowl, sprinkle some parsley and it is ready!
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the thickness and flavor with water. You can use the beef stew roux of your choice.
