- Chicken tender3
- Sake2 tbsp
- Salt and pepper mix2 three finger pinches
- Japanese green bell pepper (Piman)1
- Onion1/4
- (A)Ketchup1.5 tbsp
- (A)Japanese Mayonnaise1.5 tbsp
- (A)Basil1/2 tsp
- Shredded pizza cheeze40 g
How to make
- Prepare. Remove the streaks from chicken tender.
- 1. Add ingredient (A) to a bowl and mix.
- 2. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell pepper and cut them into 0.2-inch wide round slices. Slice onion thinly.
- 3. Cut chicken tender open lengthwise to even out the thickness. Add it in a bowl, add Japanese rice wine (sake) and salt and pepper mix, let the taste blend, and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- 4. Line drained Step 3 on a baking tray covered with aluminum foil. Pour over Step 1, 2, then shredded pizza cheese, and cook in a toaster oven for about 7 minutes until chicken tender is cooked through. Transfer to a plate, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
The degree of doneness depends on the type of toaster you are using, so please adjust it while watching the situation. This time I baked it at 1000W 220°C (430°F). Because the toaster inside is small and the distance between the food and the heat source is close, there is a risk of fuming or igniting due to oil dropping or oil splashing. Keep an eye on the toaster while it is heating.
