Cream Cheese and Smoked Salmon Pizza - Recipe Video

Ingredients 1 pizza
- Pizza Dough
- Bread flour150 g
- Sugar10 g
- Dry yeast3 g
- Salt2 g
- Hot water100 ml
- Salad oil1 tsp
- Sauce
- Tomato purée30 g
- Olive oil1 tbsp
- Caper5 g
- Anchovy paste1 tsp
- Grated garlic1/2 tsp
- Cream cheese90 g
- Mini mozzarella cheese8 grain
- Smoked salmon30 g
- Italian parsleyas needed
How to make
- 1. Cut the cream cheese into 0.4-inch cubes.
- 2. Chop the capers finely.
- 3. Add the remaining sauce ingredients and mix together.
- 4. Make the pizza dough. Put all the pizza dough ingredients except for cooking oil in a bowl in order and mix them together. When it comes together, take it out of the bowl and knead it.
- 5. When the surface becomes smooth, add cooking oil and knead it to blend it all together.
- 6. When it comes together, cover it with a damp cloth and let it sit for about 10 minutes. Using a rolling pin, stretch it into a round shape of an 8-inch diameter.
- 7. Place it on a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Spread Step 3 all over it and place in the order of Step 1, petit mozzarella cheese and smoked salmon.
- 8. Bake in a 200°C (390°F) oven for about 15 minutes until browned.
- 9. Serve on a plate, garnish with Italian parsley, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please make sure to preheat the oven before baking. If the oven does not have a preheating function, set the temperature and heat for 10 minutes before baking. The strength of the heat may vary depending on the type of oven and the period of use. Please make sure to follow the recipe as a guide but adjust the baking time as needed. If it browns too fast, cover it with aluminum foil.
