- Avocado1
- Tuna flakes marinated in oil80 g
- Onion50 g
- Miso1.5 tbsp
- Water500 ml

How to make
- Prepare. Peel avocado skin, remove the seed, and set aside.
- 1. Cut avocado into 0.8-inch cubes.
- 2. Thinly slice onion.
- 3. Add water in a pot, heat over medium heat, add tuna flakes marinated in oil and Step 2, then simmer.
- 4. Once the onion softens, add Step 1 and miso, lower the heat to low, and simmer for about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat when the avocado gets warm.
- 5. Serve in bowls and sprinkle with coarsely ground black pepper, and it's ready to eat.
Tips for cooking
You can enjoy the taste even with hard avocado. Please adjust the simmering time to your liking. Please use your favorite miso. You can substitute tuna flakes boiled in water for tuna flakes marinated in oil.
