- Bean sprouts100 g
- Imitation crab50 g
- (A)Soy sauce2 tsp
- (A)Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)1 tsp
- (A)Oyster sauce1 tsp
- (A)Grated ginger1/3 tsp
- Young green onion (Konegi)as needed

How to make
- 1. Put the bean sprouts in a heat-resistant bowl, and break up the imitation crab on the bowl and add.
- 2. Place stir fry noodles (yakisoba) on top of Step 1, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 3 minutes at 600 W.
- 3. Take it out once, add (A) and mix. Cover it with plastic wrap again and microwave in a 600W for 1.5 minutes.
- 4. Serve on a plate, sprinkle bonito flakes and konegi (young green onions) as you like, and it's ready to eat.
Tips for cooking
Adjust the amount of salt to your taste. Please add cabbage, carrots, or any other vegetables you like to arrange. Bacon or sausage can be used as a substitute for imitation crab. Heating conditions may vary depending on the type of microwave, the type of heat-resistant container, and the condition of the ingredients.
