- Cabbage100 g
- Japanese leek1/2
- Beaten eggs3
- Red pickled ginger30 g
- (A)Salt and pepper mixa pinch
- (A)Noodle soup base (Mentsuyu)1 tbsp
- (A)Water1 tbsp
- Salad oil1 tbsp

- bonito flakes2 g
- Dried green seaweed flakes (Aonori)as needed
- Japanese Mayonnaise1 tbsp
- Okonomiyaki sauce1 tbsp
How to make
- 1. Slice cabbage into thin strips. Cut Japanese leeks into thin rounds.
- 2. In a bowl, add Step 1, red pickled ginger, (A) and beaten egg and mix well.
- 3. Put cooking oil in a Japanese rolled omelet (tamagoyaki) pan, add Step 2, and fry over medium heat. When cooked through and golden brown on both sides, remove from the heat.
- 4. Cut into bite-size pieces and arrange on a plate. Sprinkle with toppings, serve with okonomiyaki sauce, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
The dough is seasoned, so please pour the sauce to your taste. If you slice the cabbage and Japanese leek finely, it will be easier to mix with the egg mixture.
