- Cooking sake1 tbsp
- Thinly sliced pork80 g
- Cabbage100 g
- Carrot30 g
- (A)Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)1 tbsp
- (A)Miso2 tsp
- (A)Soy sauce1/2 tsp
- Sesame oil1 tbsp
How to make
- Prepare. Cut hashed pork into 0.4-inch pieces. Peel carrots and set aside.
- 1. Cut cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. Shred carrots.
- 3. Add sesame oil to a pan over medium heat, add Step 1, Step 2, and hashed pork, stir-fry until the hashed pork changes color, then add stir fry noodles (yakisoba) and cooking sake, and stir-fry while loosening the noodles.
- 4. Add (A) and stir-fry over medium heat. When all the flavors are well blended, remove from heat and place on a plate.
Tips for cooking
The flavor and taste will change depending on the miso you use, so adjust according to your taste. We used sesame oil this time, but you can substitute it with your favorite oil.
