- Sake2 slice(s)
- Cake flour (Pastry flour)2 tbsp
- Salt and pepper mixa pinch
- Shimeji mushrooms1/2
- Lemon30 g
- (A)Salted butter20 g
- (A)Black peppera pinch
- Olive oil1 tbsp
- Saltas needed
- Thymeas needed
How to make
- 1. Cut off the hard tip of shimeji mushroom and break it up with your hands.
- 2. Sprinkle the sake with salt and pepper mix, then sprinkle the cake flour (pastry flour).
- 3. Add olive oil to a medium heated pan and cook Step 1 with skin side down, then turn it over and place it to the edge of the pan. Stir-fry Step 1 in the empty space, then remove everything when it's cooked.
- 4. Bring Step 3 pan to low heat, add ingredient (A), and when the butter melts, add the lemons, bring it to a boil, and season it with salt.
- 5. Transfer Step 3 to a plate, garnish it with Step 4, and top it with thyme to your liking, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the amount of salt to your liking. To avoid losing the crispy texture of the batter, bake sake as soon as you add cake flour (pastry flour).
