Asparagus Bacon Single Pancake - Recipe Video

- Pancake mix100 g
- (A)Milk70 ml
- (A)Beaten eggs1/2
- Salted butter20 g
- Asparagus4
- Thin-sliced half sized bacon8 sheets
- Quail eggs4
- Water2 tbsp
- Salad oil1 tsp
- Toppings
- Japanese Mayonnaise1 tbsp
- Black pepperas needed
How to make
- Prepare. Cut off the root of asparagus.
- 1. Peel 1/3 of the hard part of asparagus from the root. Wrap the asparagus in plastic wrap, microwave for about 40 seconds at 500W, and cut it in half.
- 2. Mix pancake mix and ingredient (A) in a bowl.
- 3. Add salted butter to the heated pan over medium heat, spread it with paper towel, pour in 1/4 of Step 2, and cook for about 3 minutes.
- 4. Flip it over and cook over medium heat for about 2 minutes, when the inside is cooked, take it out. Cook 3 pieces in the same way.
- 5. Add thin-sliced half bacon to another pan and cook over medium heat, then remove.
- 6. Wipe off the grease from Step 5 with a paper towel on a pan and pour over cooking oil.
- 7. Add quail eggs and cook over medium heat. When the egg white starts to set, add water, cover with a lid, and steam cook.
- 8. When the egg white is completely set, remove from heat.
- 9. Arrange on Step 4 in the order of Step 5, 1, and 8, then top with toppings, and it's ready to serve.
