How to make
- 1. Mix the ingredients for the batter.
- 2. Cut the camembert cheese into 8 equal pieces and dip them in Step 1.
- 3. Heat 2-inch depth of frying oil to 180°C (350°F) in a pot, deep-fry Step 2 for about 3 minutes until it gets crispy and cooked thoroughly.
- 4. Drain off the oil, and place it on a plate with the toppings to complete the dish.
Tips for cooking
This time we're using whole Camembert cheese. It is still easy and nice if you use pre-cut cheese that is commercially available. By using cold water instead of room temperature water, the batter becomes crispy.
