- Spaghetti100 g
- Hot water1500 ml
- Salt1 tbsp
- Sake1 slice(s)
- Shimeji mushrooms1/2 package(s)
- Green shiso leaves3 sheets
- Salted butter10 g
- Soy sauce1 tbsp
- Olive oil1 tbsp
How to make
- Prepare. Boil some water in a pot for boiling the spaghetti and add salt.
- 1. Cut off the hard tip of shimeji mushrooms, and break it up, and slice the green shiso leaves thinly.
- 2. Cut the sake into 5 equal pieces.
- 3. Put the spaghetti into a pot of boiling water, boil according to the directions on the bag, and scoop it out with a strainer.
- 4. Heat olive oil in a pan, add Step 1 shimeji mushrooms and Step 2, and cook them over medium heat until it's browned.
- 5. When Step 4 sake is cooked through, add butter and melt it. Add Step 3, soy sauce, and Step 1 green shiso leaves, and stir-fry them quickly over high heat.
- 6. Place Step 5 on a plate and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
You can change the spaghetti with your favorite thickness. You can substitute other mushrooms for the shimeji mushrooms, so please try arranging it.
