- Onion1/4
- Thin-sliced half sized bacon2 sheets
- Salt and pepper mix1/4 tsp
- Salted butter20 g

- Eryngii mushroom1/2
- Enoki mushroom1/3
- Whipping cream (Heavy cream)100 ml

- Milk2 tbsp
- Olive oil1 tbsp

How to make
- 1. Mince the onions.
- 2. Cut the thin-sliced half bacon into thin strips.
- 3. Remove the stems of the shiitake mushroom and thinly slice them.
- 4. Cut the eryngii mushrooms into strips.
- 5. Remove hard tip from enoki mushroom and cut them into 1-inch wide pieces.
- 6. Add salted butter and bacon from Step 2 into the heated pan over medium heat and stir-fry until it becomes slightly crispy, then add the onions from step1 and stir-fry further until it becomes wilted.
- 7. Add the rice. Once everything is mixed together, add some salt and pepper mix, stir-fry over medium heat and adjust the seasoning. Once that's done, remove from the heat. Use a bowl to shape the rice into a hemisphere and place it on a plate.
- 8. Put eggs and milk in a bowl and mix them well.
- 9. Add olive oil into a separate pan that has been heated over medium heat. Pour the egg mixture from Step 8 and cook as you stir it. When it becomes half-cooked, place on top of the rice made in step 7.
- 10. Add olive oil to another pan heated over medium heat. Stir-fry the ingredients from Step 3, 4, and 5 until it becomes wilted. Add whipping cream (heavy cream) and cream cheese, sprinkle salt and pepper mix, then heat over medium heat until the cream cheese melts, then remove from heat.
- 11. Pour the mushroom sauce from Step 10 over the omelet made in step 9. Sprinkle some parsley and it is done!
Tips for cooking
You can adjust the amount of salt to your liking. You can substitute Whipping cream (Heavy cream) with milk. You can use the mushrooms of your choice. For senior citizens, children under the age of 2, pregnant women, and individuals with weakened immune systems, please cook the eggs thoroughly and avoid eating raw eggs.
