- Shiitake mushroom6
- Cake flour (Pastry flour)1 tbsp
- Shrimp100 g
- (A)Beaten eggs1/2
- (A)Starch2 tbsp
- (A)Salt1/3 tsp
- Tempura flour3 tbsp
- Water50 ml
- Frying oilas needed
How to make
- Prepare. Remove the back cotton of the shrimp.
- 1. Mince the shrimp with a knife.
- 2. Cut off the stem of shiitake mushrooms, make a cross-cut on the surface, and dust cake flour (pastry flour).
- 3. Add Step 1 and ingredient (A) to a bowl and mix until sticky.
- 4. Stuff Step 3 into the inner of Step 2.
- 5. Mix tempura flour and water in a bowl and let Step 4 dip through.
- 6. Add 0.8-inch depth of deep-frying oil to the pot, heat to 170°C (340°F), and add Step 5.
- 7. Deep-fry the shrimp for about 3 minutes until cooked through, then drain the oil.
- 8. Serve on a plate and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the amount of salt to your liking. Please adjust the amount of starch to your desired consistency.
