- Young green onion (Konegi)as needed
How to make
- 1. Mince Japanese leeks.
- 2. Add water and eggs in a pot over high heat, bring to a boil, reduce the heat to medium, boil for 6 minutes, cool in running water, and peel the shell.
- 3. Add ground pork and Step1 in a pan heated over medium heat, and stir-fry until the color of the ground pork changes. Add (A), blend the flavors entirely, and once the ground pork is cooked through, remove from the heat.
- 4. Put Step 1 and Step 2 in a zipper storage bag, release the air, close the opening, rub well, and rest it in a refrigerator for 2 hours until the flavors soak in.
- 5. Arrange it on a dish, sprinkle with young green onion (konegi), and it's ready to serve.
