- Pork belly12 sheets
- Eggplant3

- Salt and pepper mix2 three finger pinches
- Daikon radish300 g
- Green shiso leaves2 sheets
- Ponzu sauce2 tbsp
How to make
- Prepare. Peel daikon radish and set aside. Cut off the stem of green shiso leaves and set aside.
- 1. Slice green shiso leaves thinly. Grate daikon radish and squeeze out the water.
- 2. Cut off the stem of the eggplants, cut it vertically into 4 equal pieces, and soak them in water for about 5 minutes.
- 3. Put drained Step 2 on pork belly and roll it up. Make 11 pieces in the same way.
- 4. Place Step 3 on a heat-resistant plate with the end of the roll facing down, sprinkle with salt and pepper mix, cover with plastic wrap and microwave for about 5 minutes at 600 W.
- 5. When the pork belly is cooked through, place on a plate, top with Step 1, drizzle ponzu sauce, and it's ready to serve.
Tips for cooking
You can also substitute your favorite parts for pork belly. Heating conditions may vary depending on the type of microwave, the type of heat-resistant container, and the condition of the ingredients. Please check the condition and adjust the heating time as necessary until it's completely cooked.
