- Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)1 tbsp

How to make
- Prepare. Peel the carrot. Remove the streak from green beans. Cut chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
- 1. Thinly cut carrot into half-moons.
- 2. Cut green beans diagonally into 0.8-inch pieces.
- 3. Cut chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper mix.
- 4. Place cooking oil in a pan heated over medium heat, add Step 3, and cook over medium heat until the color changes, then add Step 1 and 2 and stir-fry them together over medium heat, cover with a lid, and cook until cooked through.
- 5. Remove the lid, add seasonings, and cook over medium heat until the flavors are fully incorporated, when the moisture has decreased, remove from the heat, serve on a food container, and it's ready.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the salt to your liking. When adding the sauce and stir-frying while mixing, be careful as the sauce will burn easily.
