- Hot wateras needed
- Hot water400 ml
- (A)Miso1 tbsp
- (A)Soy sauce1/2 tbsp
- (A)Chicken soup stock (powder, cube, liquid)1 tsp
- (A)Grated garlic1 tsp
- (A)Sugar1/2 tsp
- (A)Salt and pepper mix2 three finger pinches
- Sesame oil1 tsp
- Dry-cured ham (Prosciutto)2 sheets
- Soft-boiled egg1
- Young green onion (Konegi)as needed
How to make
- 1. Add hot water to a pot, bring to a boil, add the Chinese noodles, and boil as indicated on the package. Place it in a strainer and drain.
- 2. Heat hot water and the ingredient (A) in a pot over medium heat. When it comes to a boil, add sesame oil and remove it from the heat.
- 3. Place Step 1 in a bowl, pour Step 2 on top, top with toppings and it's ready to serve.
