- Potato300 g
- Cucumber50 g
- Carrot50 g
- (A)Japanese Mayonnaise2 tbsp
- (A)Milk1 tsp
- (A)Salt1/4 tsp
How to make
- Prepare. Peel potatoes and remove the eye sprouts. Peel the carrot.
- 1. Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Place in a heat-resistant bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave for about 6 minutes at 600W until soft.
- 2. Cut off the cucumber stem and cut thinly into round slices. Cut the carrot into thin quarters, put them in a separate heat-resistant bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave for about 2 minutes at 600W until soft.
- 3. While Step 1 potatoes are still hot, mash them with a fork, then cool.
- 4. Add Step 2 and ingredient (A) and mix well.
- 5. Transfer to a serving bowl and it's ready to serve.
