・40 g white bait
・2 packs (90 g) natto
・100 g king oyster mushrooms
・5 perillas
・1 tbsp olive oil

■Instruction
1.In a frying pan, bring (A) to a boil.
Add spaghetti and cook for 1 minute less than the package instructions.
Drain and set aside, reserving about 3 tablespoons of the pasta water.
2.While cooking the spaghetti, remove the stems from the perillas and thinly shred.
Tear the king oyster mushrooms vertically into thin strips.
3.Heat olive oil in the frying pan and stir-fry the king oyster mushrooms until they become tender.
Add the cooked spaghetti, the natto, the white bait, reserved pasta water, and ★. Quickly stir-fry to combine.
4.Serve on a dish and garnish with shredded shiso leaves, enjoy!
