■Ingredients (2 serves)
・1/2 (190 g) skinless chicken breast
・4 (120 g) green bell pepper
・3 (200 g) potato
・1 tbsp sesame oil
・1 tbsp soy sauce
・Japanese seven spice to taste
☆Seasonings for chicken breast
・salt and pepper to taste
・2 tsp potato starch
★Seasonings
・200 ml water
・1 tbsp cooking sake
・1 tbsp sweet sake
・1 tsp Japanese soup stock powder
■Cooking Time
25 minutes
■Instruction
1.Peel and cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces, then rinse them in water and drain.
Lightly crush the green bell peppers with your hands.
2.Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with (☆).
3.Heat sesame oil in a pot and stir-fry (2) over medium heat until it changes color slightly.
Add (1) and stir-fry until coated with oil.
4. Add (★) and mix well, bring to a boil.
Skim off any scum that rises to the surface, then cover with a drop lid and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes, occasionally turning the green bell peppers.
5.Add soy sauce and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with shichimi togarashi to taste. Enjoy!
