■Ingredients (2 serves)
・1 (160 g) canned mackerel in brine
・3 (100 g) green bell peppers
・1/4 (90 g) onion
・Grated cheese to taste
★Seasonings
・200 ml water
・1 (240 g) canned diced tomatoes
・2 tbsp granulated consomme
・Tabasco sauce to taste
・1 tsp grated garlic
■Cooking Time
18 minutes
■Instruction
1.Remove the stem of the green bell peppers and dice into 1cm cubes.
Finely chop the onion.
2.Add ★ and the canned mackerel in brine and (1) to a pot.
Mix and cover with a lid, simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes.
3.Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with grated cheese.
