① Cut Chinese cabbage into 1 cm wide and 5 cm long along the fiber.
② Put 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a pan and heat it over low heat. When the pan is warm, add Chinese cabbage in the order of core → leaves, and add tuna together with the oil.
③ Cover and steam over low heat for 2 minutes.
④ Add 2 tablespoons of noodle soup, mix well, cover again, steam for 2 minutes, turn off the heat and mix with sesame seeds.
