(For 1 rectangular mold) Eggplant -180g Dates - 50g Oats flour - 35g Cocoa powder - 20g Almond flour-15g 1 teaspoon baking powder Pinch of salt (Vanilla extract ... 1 teaspoon) Ingredients Soak the dates in hot water (not to be used) to soften them. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. ① Peel the eggplant and microwave it for 3 minutes. If you don't use a microwave, grill the skin until it turns black and then peel it off. ② Put all ingredients into a food processor or blender and process until smooth. ③Pour the mixture into a mold, level the surface and bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.
