【 白姫餅 よもぎ / 叶匠壽庵 】 　 ＊The English translation is provided after the Japanese caption. 　 　 切ってみると モチモチで ふんわりした感触 　 その もちもち具合は 一度 切ったお餅でも ひっつくと離れないほど 　 緑色は「よもぎ/こしあん」白は「粒あん」です どちらも 甘さはやさしく 二つくらいは ペロリといただけちゃう。 面白かったのは その “ やわらかさ “ の違い 白の方が 持ち上げると首を垂れてしまうほど。 たぶん緑はよもぎを練り込んであるから しっかりとしているのでしょうね 　 どちらも もちろん美味しいのですが 個人的には 白の方が好きかな？って思いました 　 手でパリッと開けられる特殊フィルムに パッケージされたお餅で 日持ちは30日だそうです 　 　 　 【 Nishikawa Mochi (Shirahime Mochi) / Kano Shoujuan 】 The rice cake has a chewy and fluffy texture when cut into pieces.
