【 ガレット・ブルトンヌ / ビスキュイテリエ ブルトンヌ 】 　 こちらのガレットは 少し大きめ 半分に割っていただきました。 力の入れ具合、割れる時の音 現れる断面。 口に入れる前から 美味しさが伝わります。 バターの香りも良いし。 ザクッとした 噛み心地のあと 口の中で ホロホロとくずれながら バターの芳醇な匂いや やさしい卵の味わいを いっぱいに広げていく。 そして ほのかな塩味が でも確かに 風味の輪郭をキリリと引き立てています。 　 珈琲でも紅茶でも よく合います。 でも ミルクなんかもよく合うのかも知れません。 おいしくいただきました。 ごちそうさまでした (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)♡ 　 　 　 【 Galette Bretonne / Biscuiterie Bretonne 】 　 This galette is a bit large, so we split it in half. And 　the aroma of butter is also good. After a crispy bite, it crumbles in the mouth. The rich aroma of butter and the gentle taste of eggs spread in the mouth. The slight saltiness enhances the overall flavor. It goes well with both coffee and tea. But it may also go well with milk. We enjoyed it very much. Thank you for the food.
