- Ground pork200 g
- Onion1/2
- (A)Ketchup3 tbsp
- (A)Japanese worcestershire sauce2 tbsp
- (A)Grated garlic1 tsp
- (A)Grated ginger1 tsp
- (A)Curry mix (Curry roux)50 g
- (A)Salta pinch
- (A)Water200 ml
- Rice400 g
- Soft-boiled egg (onsen tamago)2
- Parsleyas needed
How to make
- 1. Chop onion.
- 2. Add ground pork and Step 1 to a larger heat-resistant bowl, add in ingredient (A), wrap it, and microwave for 5 minutes at 600 W.
- 3. Stir once, wrap it again, and microwave for 5 minutes at 600 W until ground pork is cooked through.
- 4. Place the rice on a plate, sprinkle with Step 3, top with soft-boiled egg (onsen tamago) to finish, sprinkle dried parsley, and it's ready to serve.
