- Onion1/2
- Tuna flakes70 g
- (A)Salt and pepper mixa pinch
- (A)Granulated Japanese consomme soup stock1/2 tsp
- (B)Pancake mix200 g
- (B)Milk150 ml
- (B)Eggs1
- Salad oilas needed
- Japanese Mayonnaiseas needed
How to make
- Prepare. Drain off the water and oil from the tuna flakes.
- 1. Peel the potato, remove the sprouts, cut into 0.4-inch cubes, and mince the onion.
- 2. Put the seasonings from Step 1 and ingredient (A) into a heat-resistant container, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 3 minutes at 600 W.
- 3. In a separate bowl, mix ingredient (B), add the tuna flakes and Step 2 that has cooled down, and lightly mix.
- 4. Add cooking oil to a pan heated over medium heat, and cook Step 3 until both sides are golden brown.
- 5. Place in a bowl and garnish with mayonnaise. It is ready.
Tips for cooking
You can arrange the ingredients with mushrooms, ham, or anything else you like. In that case, please avoid anything too watery.
