  • (A)Salt and pepper mix

  • (A)Granulated Japanese consomme soup stock
    1/2 tsp
  • (B)Pancake mix
    200 g
  • (B)Milk
    150 ml
  • (B)Eggs
    1
  • Salad oil
    as needed
  • Japanese Mayonnaise
    as needed

How to make

  1. Prepare. Drain off the water and oil from the tuna flakes.
  2. 1. Peel the potato, remove the sprouts, cut into 0.4-inch cubes, and mince the onion.
  3. 2. Put the seasonings from Step 1 and ingredient (A) into a heat-resistant container, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 3 minutes at 600 W.
  4. 3. In a separate bowl, mix ingredient (B), add the tuna flakes and Step 2 that has cooled down, and lightly mix.
