- Ground chicken80 g
- Kimchi40 g
- Chinese chive10 g
- (A)Oyster sauce1 tsp
- (A)Cooking sake1 tsp
- (A)Grated ginger1/2 tsp
- Sesame oil1 tsp
- Egg yolk1
How to make
- 1. Cut the Chinese chives into 1-inch pieces.
- 2. Add sesame oil to a pan heated over medium heat and fry the ground chicken.
- 3. When the ground chicken is cooked through, add Step 1 and kimchi and fry over low heat.
- 4. When the Chinese chives have softened, add ingredient (A) and fry until the flavors are blended together.
- 5. Place the rice in a bowl, plate Step 4, top with the egg yolk and it is ready.
Tips for cooking
You can substitute ground chicken with chicken thighs to make a delicious oyakodon. For senior citizens, children under the age of 2, pregnant women, and individuals with weakened immune systems, please avoid eating raw eggs.
