- Stir fry noodles (Yakisoba)1 head(s)
- Pork belly100 g
- Onion200 g
- Cabbage50 g
- Carrot20 g
- Sauce
- Cooking sake1 tbsp
- Soy sauce1/2 tbsp
- Japanese worcestershire sauce1/2 tbsp
- Oyster sauce1/2 tbsp
- Black pepper1 three finger pinch
- Salad oil1 tsp
How to make
- Prepare. Peel carrots.
- 1. Thinly slice onions.
- 2. Roughly chop cabbage and shred the carrots.
- 3. Cut pork belly into 2-inch pieces.
- 4. Add cooking oil to a pan heated over medium heat, add Step 3, and fry for about 2 minutes until the color changes.
- 5. Add Step 1 and 2, and fry over medium heat for about 4 minutes until the onion softens.
- 6. Add stir fry noodles (yakisoba) and sauce ingredients that have been loosened by hand, fry over medium heat for about 3 minutes until the sauce is incorporated, then remove from heat when the pork belly is cooked, and serve in a bowl. It is ready.
Tips for cooking
Please adjust the amount of soy sauce, Japanese Worcestershire sauce, and oyster sauce according to your liking. If stir-fry noodles (yakisoba) are hard to loosen, please add a small amount of water when adding to a pan.
