- Firm tofu150 g
- Lettuce50 g
- Bean sprouts50 g
- Water400 ml
- Japanese style granulated soup stock1 tsp
- Miso1.5 tbsp
How to make
- 1. Tear lettuce into bite-size pieces and tofu into bite-size pieces with hands.
- 2. Add water and Japanese-style granulated soup stock to a pot over medium heat, bring to a boil, and then add bean sprouts. When everything is combined, reduce the heat to low, melt the miso, and turn off the heat.
- 3. Serve on a plate, and it is ready.
Tips for cooking
To preserve the crisp texture of the lettuce, immediately turn the heat down to low and melt the miso.
