- Stir fry noodles (Yakisoba)1 head(s)
- Chicken tender1
- Avocado1/2
- (A)Cooking sake1 tbsp
- (A)Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)1 tbsp
- (A)Soy sauce2 tsp
- (A)Wasabi1 tsp
- Sesame oil1 tbsp
- Nori seaweedas needed
How to make
- Prepare. First we will remove the tendon from the chicken tenders. Remove the skin and seeds from the avocado and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- 1. Put ingredient (A) in a bowl and mix.
- 2. Add sesame oil to the heated pan over medium heat, add chicken tender and cook until it turns white, then break it into bite-sized pieces with a wooden spatula.
- 3. Add the avocado and stir-fry quickly, then add the stir-fry noodles and the mixture made in Step 1 and loosen it up.
- 4. After stir-frying for about 3 minutes, remove it from heat, serve them on a plate, and sprinkle some dried nori seaweed and it's done!
Tips for cooking
When the chicken tender whitens, it becomes splittable with a wooden spatula. However, if you cook too much, it will harden and will be hard to split, so please be careful.
