  • (A)Cooking sake
    1 tbsp
  • (A)Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)
    1 tbsp
  • (A)Soy sauce
    2 tsp
  • (A)Wasabi
    1 tsp
  • Sesame oil
    1 tbsp
  • Nori seaweed
    as needed

How to make

  1. Prepare. First we will remove the tendon from the chicken tenders. Remove the skin and seeds from the avocado and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 1. Put ingredient (A) in a bowl and mix.
  3. 2. Add sesame oil to the heated pan over medium heat, add chicken tender and cook until it turns white, then break it into bite-sized pieces with a wooden spatula.
  4. 3. Add the avocado and stir-fry quickly, then add the stir-fry noodles and the mixture made in Step 1 and loosen it up.
  5. 4. After stir-frying for about 3 minutes, remove it from heat, serve them on a plate, and sprinkle some dried nori seaweed and it's done!

Tips for cooking

When the chicken tender whitens, it becomes splittable with a wooden spatula. However, if you cook too much, it will harden and will be hard to split, so please be careful.
