- Salt and pepper mix1 three finger pinch
- Salad oil1 tbsp
- Red-leaf lettuce1 sheets

- 1. Cut the onion in half lengthwise and cut it into 0.4-inch pieces so that the fibers are cut off.
- 2. Coarsely chop the curry roux.
- 3. Heat a pan over medium heat, cover with cooking oil and stir-fry Step 1.
- 4. When tender, add the thinly sliced pork and stir-fry over medium heat.
- 5. When the thinly sliced pork is cooked, add Step 2 and stir-fry over low heat. When the curry roux has melted and is fully absorbed, season with salt and pepper mix and remove from heat.
- 6. Place red-leaf lettuce on a plate and arrange Step 5 on top, then it is ready.
Tips for cooking
Please chop the curry roux before use to make it melt easily. Cut the onions so that the fibers are broken up, which will reduce the pungency and give them a soft texture.
