- Chicken breast100 g
- Base Seasoning
- Cooking sake1 tsp
- Salt and pepper mixa pinch
- Red onion50 g
- Wateras needed
- Cucumber50 g
- Cherry tomato4
- Sauce
- Olive oil1 tbsp
- Lemon juice1 tsp
- Sugar1/2 tsp
- Grated garlic1/2 tsp
- Pepper sauce1/2 tsp
- Salt1/4 tsp
- Green leaf lettuce20 g
How to make
- Prepare. Cut off the stem of the cucumber. Remove the stem of the cherry tomatoes.
- 1. Tear the green leaf lettuce into bite-size pieces with your hands.
- 2. Coarsely chop the red onion, soak in water for about 10 minutes, and drain off the water. Cut the cucumber and cherry tomatoes into 0.2-inch cubes.
- 3. Put the chicken breasts and seasoning ingredients into a heat-resistant bowl and rub well. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for about 3 minutes at 600 W until the chicken breasts are cooked through.
- 4. Mix Step 2 and sauce ingredients in a bowl.
- 5. Place Step 1 and 3, cut into bite-size pieces, in order on a plate, pour Step 4 and it's ready.
