How to make
- 1. Cut the banana in half lengthwise.
- 2. Put the pancake ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- 3. Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat, spread the oil thinly on a paper towel, and pour in 1/4 of Step 2. Flip it when the surface starts to bubble, and remove from the heat when both sides have browned. Make three slices in the same way.
- 4. Spread Step 3 on a plate, place Step 1 on top, and finish with toppings.
Tips for cooking
We recommend a non-stick pan or a electric griddle for frying pancakes. Elderly people, infants under 2 years of age, pregnant women, and anyone with a compromised immune system should avoid eating raw eggs.
