- Sweet potato300 g
- Cherry tomato6
- Mini onions (Pekoros)6

- Grilled fish cake (Yaki-chikuwa)2

- (A)Japanese versatile dashi base (Shiro-dashi)100 ml
- (A)Cooking sake100 ml
How to make
- Prepare. Peel the skin of the daikon radish and mini onions (pekoros). Remove the calyx from the cherry tomatoes.
- 1. Cut daikon radish into a 0.8-inch wide round slices.
- 2. Cut the sweet potato into a 0.8-inch wide round slices with the skin on.
- 3. Cut grilled fish cake (yaki-chikuwa) in half diagonally.
- 4. Stick through three mini onions on each skewer.
- 5. Stick through three cherry tomatoes on each skewer
- 6. Add water, ingredient (A), and daikon radish from Step 1 to a pot and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes until they become soft.
- 7. Add the ingredients prepared in Step 2, 4, and boiled eggs. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes until the flavors soak in.
- 8. Add the ingredients prepared in Step 3, 5 and cook for another 3 minutes. Remove from heat, place on a plate and it's done!
